[Solution] CHM file shows empty pages

Problem

After you downloaded CHM file from Internet, you are able to view the contents on the left pane, but you only see a blank white screen on the right pane.

Solution

1. Open the folder containing .CHM file in File Explorer.
   
2. Right-click on the .CHM file and then select "Properties" menu item.
   
3. On the "General" tab, check the "Unblock" checkbox at the bottom of the page.
   
4. Click "OK" button.
